<br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting of the <br />City Council <br />City of Roseville <br />County of Ramsey <br />State of Minnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the <br />City Council of the City of Roseville, Ramsey County, r.1innesota, vias duly held <br /> <br />in the City Hall at 2660 Civic Center Drive <br /> <br />~ Roseville, Minnesota, on <br /> <br />flonday, the <br /> <br />14th <br /> <br />day of Janua ry <br /> <br />, 198~, at 7:30 <br /> <br />o'clock P.f1. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Demos, Councilmembers <br />Anderson, Curley, Franke and Kehr <br /> <br />and the following were absent: None <br /> <br />i'lember <br /> <br />Curley <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution <br /> <br />and moved its aJoption: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 6916 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RELATING TO APPORTIONr'iENT OF ASSESSNENTS <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Roseville, <br /> <br />~innesota, as follows: <br /> <br />HHEREAS, the assessment rolls for various improvements for the City <br /> <br />of Roseville were certified to the County Auditor of the County of Ramsey, and <br /> <br />since the certifications, a number of parcels of property contained within said <br /> <br />assessment rolls have been divided and conveyed, it requires that apportionment <br /> <br />of the original assessments be made by the City Council of the City of Roseville <br /> <br />in order that the proper assessment can be extended by the County Auditor against <br /> <br />eacil parcel of property tnereafter, <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Roseville does <br /> <br />11ereby make the foll O\."i ng apporti anment of ori gi na 1 assessments agai ns t the <br /> <br />following described properties: <br />
