<br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting <br />of City Council <br />City of Roseville <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br /> <br />of the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly <br /> <br />held at the city Hall in said City on Monday, the 28th day of <br /> <br />January, 1980, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Presiding Officer <br /> <br />Anderson and Councilmen Kehr and Franke 1 and the following were <br /> <br />absent: Mayor Demos and Councilman Curley. <br /> <br />Councilman Franke introduced and moved the adoption of the <br /> <br />following resolution: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 6918 <br />RESOLUTION DECLARING ADEQUACY OF PETITION <br />AND ORDERING PREPARATION OF REPORT ON <br />IMPROVEMENT NO. SS-W-P-79-20 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a certain petition requesting an improvement in the <br /> <br />City of Roseville in the general area of Wagner Street between <br /> <br />Woodruff Avenue and Western Street, and Western Street at Wagner, <br /> <br />by the installation of sanitary sewer and services, watermain and <br /> <br />services, bituminous paving, concrete curb and gutter, and necessary <br /> <br />appurtenances, filed with the Council on January 28, 1980, is <br /> <br />hereby declared to be signed by the required percentage of owners <br /> <br />of property affected thereby pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Sec. <br /> <br />429.035. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br /> <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA: <br />
