<br />EXTRACT OF HINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br /> <br />CITY COUNCIL OF ROSEVILLE, HINNESOTA <br />HELD JANUARY 28, 1980 <br /> <br />.'. <br />" <br /> <br />"ok <br /> <br />.'. <br />" <br /> <br />.'. <br />" <br /> <br />"k <br /> <br />.'. <br />" <br /> <br />.'. <br />" <br /> <br />7\ <br /> <br />.'. <br />" <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br />of the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly <br />called and held at the City Hall in said City on Monday, January 28, <br />1980, at 7:30 p.m. <br />The following members were present: <br /> <br />Acting Mayor Anderson, Counci1rren Kehr and Franke <br /> <br />and the following were absent: Mayor Den:os and Councilman Curley <br />Member Kehr introduced the following Resolution and <br />moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 6920 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, West County Road C-2 from Lexington Avenue to <br />Oxford Street is a Municipal State Aid Street and, <br />WHEREAS, such roadways must conform to established <br />standards, including the prohibition of parking on one side for <br />thirty-six foot wide designs. <br />THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that parking is hereby pro- <br />hibited on the north side of West County Road C-2 from Lexington <br />Avenue to Oxford Street, identified as Roseville Project 79-12, <br />N.S.A. No. 160-216-06. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Public Works Director <br />is hereby authorized and directed to forward two certified copies <br />of this resolution to the Minnesota Department of Transportation. <br />
