<br />NOTICE OF HEARING <br />ON IMPROVEMENT NO. P-79-l9 <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the City of <br />Roseville, Minnesota~ will meet at the City Hall, 2660 Civic <br />Center Drive, in said City, on the lOth day of March, 1980, at <br />7:30 o'clock p. m., ~o hold a public hearing pursuant to <br />Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429, as amended, on proposed <br />Improvement No. P-79-l9 including all that property on <br />Oakcrest Avenue from Western to Cohansey by the construction <br />of concrete curb and gutter, bituminous paving and necessary <br />appurtenances. The foregoing is all substantially in <br />accordance with a preliminary engineering report which is now <br />on fiXe and open to public inspection in the office of the <br />Ci ty Manager. . <br /> <br />The cost of the ~mprovement is presently estimated at <br />$41,003.17. The area proposed to be assessed for the improve- <br />ment shall be the following: <br /> <br />All property abutting Oakcrest Avenue <br />from Western to Cohansey <br /> <br />All persons desiring to be heard with reference to the <br />improvement and the area proposed to be assessed therefor may <br />appear and be heard by the City Council at the time and place <br />stated above. <br /> <br />Dated: February 11, 1980 <br /> <br />BY ORDER OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br /> <br />James F.
