<br />NOTICE OF HEARING <br />ON IMPROVEMENT NO. SS-W-P-79-20 <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the City of <br />Roseville, Minnesota, will meet at the City Hall, 2660 Civic <br />Center Drive, in said city, on the 10th day of March, 1980, at <br />7:30 o'clock p. m., to hold a public hearing pursuant to <br />Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429, as amended, on proposed <br />Improvement No. SS-W-P-79-20 including all that property in the <br />general area of Wagner Street between Woodruff Avenue and <br />Western Street, and Western Street at Wagner, by the installa- <br />tion of sanitary sewer and services, watermain and services, <br />bituminous paving, concrete curb and gutter, and necessary <br />appurtenances. The foregoing is all substantially in accordance <br />with a preliminary engineering report which is now on file and <br />open to public inspection in the office of the City Manager. <br /> <br />The cost of the improvement is presently estimated at <br />$66,281.69. The area proposed to be assessed for the improve- <br />ment shall be the following: <br /> <br />Lots 9 and 10, Block 1 and Lots 19 through <br />23, Block 2, Rolling Green Addition, and <br />Unplatted lands parcel numbers 79-01300-040-56 <br />and 79-01300-010-76 <br /> <br />All persons desiring to be heard with reference to the <br />improvement and the area proposed to be assessed therefor may <br />appear and be heard by the City Council at the time and place <br />stated above. <br /> <br />Dated: February 11, 1980 <br /> <br />BY ORDER OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br /> <br />James F.
