<br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting <br />of City Council <br />City of Roseville <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br /> <br />February 11, 1980 <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br /> <br />of the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was <br /> <br />held in the City Hall in said City on Monday, the 11th day <br /> <br />of February, 1980, at 7:30 o'clock p. m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Acting Mayor Curley <br /> <br />and Council members Anderson, Kehr, and Franke; and the <br /> <br />following was absent: Mayor Demos <br /> <br />Councilman Anderson introduced the following resolution <br /> <br />and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 6923 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENT <br />NO. SS-W-79-22 PURSUANT TO PETITION <br />BY 100% OF OWNERS OF AFFECTED PROPERTY <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council received a petition from all <br /> <br />owners of the real property on Farrington Street between Roma <br /> <br />Avenue and Dionne Street requesting that the Council install <br /> <br />sanitary sewer main, water services and necessary appurtenances <br /> <br />at said location and requesting that the entire cost of said <br /> <br />improvement be assessed against their property, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to resolution of the Council adopted <br /> <br />November 19, 1979, a report has been prepared by the City <br /> <br />Public Works Director with reference to the improvement, and <br /> <br />this report was received by the Council on February 11, 1980; <br />
