<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br />OF THE ROSEVILLE CITY COUNCIL OF ROSEVILLE, <br />MINNESOTA, HELD ON FEBRUARY 11, 1980 <br /> <br />~'~ <br /> <br />,,;'( <br /> <br />"'k <br /> <br />"k <br /> <br />-;'( <br /> <br />"'k <br /> <br />,'( <br /> <br />..;'( <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular <br />meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, <br />was duly held at the city hall, 2660 Civic Center Drive, <br />Roseville, Minnesota, on Monday, the Eleventh Day of February, <br />1980, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br />The following members were present: Acting Mayor Curley, <br />Council.Iren Anderson, Franke and Kehr <br /> <br />and the following were absent: Mayor Lem:>S <br />Council Member Anderson introduced the following <br />resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 6924 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ~~ENDING ASSESSMENT ROLL FOR <br />STREET LIGHT IMPROVEMENT UL-78-l3 <br />(Auditor No. 1933) <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of <br />Roseville, Minnesota as follows: <br />WHEREAS, the assessment roll for Street Light Improve- <br />ment UL-78-l3, as last finally amended and adopted on August 20, <br />1979, was filed and certified to the Ramsey County Department <br />of Taxation for the purpose of including installments thereof <br />to be collected along with real estate taxes commencing in 1979, <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a particular error has become evident in the <br />aforedescribed assessment roll, <br />NOW THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Roseville <br />does hereby amend the original assessment as contained in the <br />aforedescribed assessment roll, as follows: <br />
