<br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting <br />of City Council <br />City of Roseville <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br /> <br />of the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was <br /> <br />duly held at the City Hall in said City on Monday, the 25th <br /> <br />day of February, 1980, at 7:30 o'clock p. m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Demos and <br /> <br />Councilmen Curley, Anderson, Kehr and Franke; and the following <br /> <br />were absent: None. <br /> <br />Councilman Kehr introduced and moved the adoption <br /> <br />of the following resolution: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 6926 <br />RESOLUTION DECLARING ADEQUACY OF PETITION <br />AND ORDERING PREPARATION OF REPORT ON <br />IMPROVEMENT NO. ST-80-3 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a certain petition requesting an improvement in <br /> <br />the City of Roseville generally in the area of Fulham Pond <br /> <br />north of T. H. 36, south of Terminal Road, east of St. Croix <br /> <br />Street, and west of Fulham Street consisting of the study of the <br /> <br />storm water capacity of Fulham Pond, filed with the Council on <br /> <br />February 25, 1980, is hereby declared to be signed by the <br /> <br />required percentage of owners of property affected thereby <br /> <br />pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Sec. 429.035. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF <br /> <br />THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA: <br /> <br />That the petition be referred to the City consulting <br />engineer for study and that he is instructed to report to <br />the Council with all convenient speed, advising the Council <br />in a preliminary way as to whether the proposed improvement <br />is feasible and as to whether it should best be made as <br />
