<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF REGULAR MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br />OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, ON MARCH 10, 1980 <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of <br />the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly called and <br />held at the City Hall in said City on the 10th day of March, 1980, at <br />7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Demos, Councilmen <br />Franke, CUrley, Kehr and Anderson. <br /> <br />and the fo 11 O\'Ji ng members were absent: None. <br /> <br />~,1ember Kehr <br />and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 6928 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Ro?eville has determined <br />that it is in the public interest to annouce its policy on determining special <br />assessments on future improvements undertaken pursuant to ~1innesota Statutes <br />Chapter 429; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has previously adopted Resolution No. 6609 <br />on February 13, 1978, which announced its previous policies; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, inflation and other circumstances requires a change in <br />Resolution No. 6609, as it applies to the following improvements: <br /> <br />1. Storm drainage systems. <br /> <br />2. Sanitary sewer mains. <br /> <br />3. Watermains. <br /> <br />It is the intention of the C1ty Council to have Resolution No. 6609 remain in <br />full force and effect as to all other provisions not inconsistent with this <br />Resolution. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. Resolution No. 6609 adopted on February 13, 1978, is hereby <br />amended by this Resolution as it applies to: <br /> <br />a. Storm drainage systems. <br /> <br />b. Sanitary sewer mains. <br /> <br />c. Hatermains. <br /> <br />2. All other provisions of Resolution No. 6609 shall remain in <br />in full force and effect as are consistent with this Resolution. <br />
