EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF REGULAR MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, ON MARCH 10, 1980 * * * * * * * * Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly called and held at the City Hall in said City on the 10th day of March, 1980, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. The following members were present: Mayor Demos, Councilmen Franke, CUrley, Kehr and Anderson. and the fo 11 O\'Ji ng members were absent: None. ~,1ember Kehr and moved its adoption: introduced the following resolution RESOLUTION NO. 6928 WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Ro?eville has determined that it is in the public interest to annouce its policy on determining special assessments on future improvements undertaken pursuant to ~1innesota Statutes Chapter 429; and WHEREAS, the City Council has previously adopted Resolution No. 6609 on February 13, 1978, which announced its previous policies; and WHEREAS, inflation and other circumstances requires a change in Resolution No. 6609, as it applies to the following improvements: 1. Storm drainage systems. 2. Sanitary sewer mains. 3. Watermains. It is the intention of the C1ty Council to have Resolution No. 6609 remain in full force and effect as to all other provisions not inconsistent with this Resolution. NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE AS FOLLOWS: 1. Resolution No. 6609 adopted on February 13, 1978, is hereby amended by this Resolution as it applies to: a. Storm drainage systems. b. Sanitary sewer mains. c. Hatermains. 2. All other provisions of Resolution No. 6609 shall remain in in full force and effect as are consistent with this Resolution.
