EXTRACI' OF MINT.J'I'ES OF MEEI'ING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF RJSEVILLE, MINNESarA, HElD MAroI 10, 1980 * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, Rarrsey County, Minnesota, was duly held in theCity Hall, 2660 Civic Center Drive, Roseville, Minnesota, on the lOth Day of March, 1980. 'Ihe follCMing rrembers were present: Mayor DeIros, Councilmen Franke, Curley, Kehr and Anderson. and the following were absent: None. r.anber Franke IIDVed its adoption: introduced the following resolution and RESOLUTlrn NO. 6932 WHEREAS, The City Council of the City of Roseville believes it is in the best interests of the public and, WHEREAS, '!he Comnissioner of Transportation for the State of Minnesota has prepared: Plans, Special Provisions, and Specifications for the inprovernent of a Park and Ride Facility off County Road "c" within the Corporate Limits of the City of Roseville at the North West corner of County Road "c" and Civic Center Drive in Roseville and, WHEREAS, Said plans need to be reviewed and considered by the City of Roseville prior to the undertaking of construction of the Park- Ride Site; NCW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that said plans and special provisions for the i.rrproverrent of said Park and Ride Site wi thin the Corporate Limits of the City of Roseville, be and hereby are approved including the elevations and grades as shown and consent is hereby given to any and all changes in the grade ocassioned by such construction. '!he IIDtion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Menber Curley and upon a vote being taken thereon the following voted in favor thereof: All present. and the following voted against: None.
