<br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting of the <br />City Council of the City of Roseville <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br /> <br />of the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was <br /> <br />duly held at the City Hall in said City on Monday, the 24th day <br /> <br />of March, 1980 at 7:30 o'clock p. m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Demos and <br /> <br />Councilmen Curley, Kehr, Anderson and Franke; and the following <br /> <br />were absent: None <br /> <br />Councilman Anderson introduced and moved the adoption of the <br /> <br />following resolution: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 6936 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING PLN~S AND <br />SPECIFICATIONS AND ORDERING <br />ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS ON <br />IMPROVEMENT SS-W-79-20 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to resolution passed by the City Council <br /> <br />on March 10, 1980, the City Public Works Director has prepared <br /> <br />plans and specifications for Improvement SS-W-79-20 and has pre- <br /> <br />sented such plans and specifications to the Council for approval. <br /> <br />THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF ROSEVILLE, <br /> <br />MINNESOTA: <br /> <br />1. Such plans and specifications, copies of which are <br />attached hereto, and made a part hereof, are hereby approved. <br /> <br />2. The City Manager shall prepare and cause to be inserted <br />in the Roseville Sun, the official paper, and in the Construction <br />Bulletin, an advertisement for bids upon the making of such approved <br />plans and specifications. The advertisement for Improvement SS-W-79-20 <br />shall be published as required by law, shall specify the work to <br />be done, shall call for bids on the basis of a cash payment for <br />such work, shall state that the bids will be received by the <br />City Manager and Public Works Director until 10:30 o'clock a. m. <br />on April 22, 1980, at which time they will be publicly opened <br />
