Recognitions, Donations, Communications 6. Approve Minutes a. Approve Minutes of January 24,January 31, and February 7,2011 Meetings Councilmember McGehee and Mayor Roe had submitted their comments and cor- rections to each specific set of draft meeting minutes prior to tonight's meeting; and those corrections were incorporated into the draft presented in the Council packet. Johnson moved, McGehee seconded, approval of the minutes of the January 24 and January 31, 2011 meetings as presented. Roll Call Ayes: Johnson; McGehee; Willmus; Pust; and Roe. Nays: None. Johnson moved, McGehee seconded, approval of the minutes of the February 7, 2011 meetings as amended. Corrections: • Page 7, Lines 21-23 (Willmus) Correct to read: "Councilmember Willmus questioned whether additional set- back requirements fro more intensive uses may impact smaller parcels zoned for MDR [or HDRJ, and whether such a requirement would diminish them [the property value of the]higher use." Roll Call Ayes: Johnson; McGehee; Willmus; and Roe. Nays: None. Abstentions: Pust 7. Approve Consent Agenda There were no additional changes to the Consent Agenda than those previously noted. At the request of Mayor Roe, City Manager Bill Malinen briefly reviewed those items being considered under the Consent Agenda.
