Regular City Council Meeting <br /> Monday, February 14, 2011 <br /> Page 3 <br /> the end of February when applications close for a position on the City's Ethics Commis- <br /> sion, the Planning Commission, the Parks and Recreation Commission, or Human Rights <br /> Commission. <br /> For staff's attention, Mayor Roe noted the need to revise the title for this agenda section, <br /> as the Housing and Redevelopment Authority (HRA) report had been relocated to Busi- <br /> ness Items (Presentations/Discussions) by City Council action at their 2011 organization- <br /> al meeting. <br /> 5. Recognitions, Donations, Communications <br /> 6. Approve Minutes <br /> a. Approve Minutes of January 24,January 31, and February 7,2011 Meetings <br /> Councilmember McGehee and Mayor Roe had submitted their comments and cor- <br /> rections to each specific set of draft meeting minutes prior to tonight's meeting; <br /> and those corrections were incorporated into the draft presented in the Council <br /> packet. <br /> Johnson moved, McGehee seconded, approval of the minutes of the January 24 <br /> and January 31, 2011 meetings as presented. <br /> Roll Call <br /> Ayes: Johnson; McGehee; Willmus; Pust; and Roe. <br /> Nays: None. <br /> Johnson moved, McGehee seconded, approval of the minutes of the February 7, <br /> 2011 meetings as amended. <br /> Corrections: <br /> • Page 7, Lines 21-23 (Willmus) <br /> Correct to read: "Councilmember Willmus questioned whether additional set- <br /> back requirements fro more intensive uses may impact smaller parcels zoned <br /> for MDR [or HDRJ, and whether such a requirement would diminish them <br /> [the property value of the]higher use." <br /> Roll Call <br /> Ayes: Johnson; McGehee; Willmus; and Roe. <br /> Nays: None. <br /> Abstentions: Pust <br /> 7. Approve Consent Agenda <br /> There were no additional changes to the Consent Agenda than those previously noted. At <br /> the request of Mayor Roe, City Manager Bill Malinen briefly reviewed those items being <br /> considered under the Consent Agenda. <br />
