Councilmember-Initiated Items for Future Meetings <br /> Councilmember Willmus requested a status update on the super or simple majority ques- <br /> tion that remained outstanding pending further City Manager research from the annual <br /> adoption of City Council Rules of Procedure. City Manager Malinen advised that he was <br /> still completing the research and that a report should be forthcoming to the City Council <br /> in the near future. <br /> Councilmember McGehee requested future City Council discussion related to formulat- <br /> ing a City ordinance requiring town home and condominium associations to have suffi- <br /> cient reserve funds in place. Councilmembers concurred to hold further discussion at a <br /> future meeting. <br /> Councilmember Willmus noted the need to correct the Upcoming Public Meeting sche- <br /> dule at the end of the Agenda template to verify dates; as well as double checking the lat- <br /> est version of the 2011 City Council meeting calendar, as there appeared to be some con- <br /> fusion in actual 2010 and 2011 dates. <br /> 16. Adjourn <br /> Johnson moved, Willmus seconded, adjournment of the meeting at approximately 10:00 <br /> p.m. <br /> Roll Call <br /> Ayes: Johnson; McGehee; Willmus; Pust; and Roe. <br /> Nays: None. <br />
