<br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting <br />of city council <br />city of Roseville <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br /> <br />of the city Council of the city of Roseville, Minnesota, was <br /> <br />duly held at the City Hall in said city on Monday, the 14th <br /> <br />day of April, 1980, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The fOllowing members were present: Mayor Demos and <br /> <br />councilmen Curley, Anderson, Kehr and Franke; and the fOllowing <br /> <br />were absent: None. <br /> <br />Councilman Curley introduced and moved the adoption <br /> <br />of the fOllowing resolution: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 6940 <br />RESOLUTION DECLARING ADEQUACY OF ~ETITION <br />AND ORDERING PRE?A?ATION OF REPORT ON <br />IMPROVEMENT NO. P-80-l0 <br /> <br />liHEREAS, a certain petition requesting an improvement in <br /> <br />the City of Roseville on Minnesota Avenue from Dale street to <br /> <br />Rice Street by the installation of bituminous surfacing, concrete <br /> <br />curb and gutter and miscellaneous drainage and appurtenances, <br /> <br />filed with the Council on April 14, 1980, is hereby declared to <br /> <br />be signed by the required percentage of owners of property <br /> <br />affected thereby pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Sec. 429.035. <br />
