<br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting <br />of City Council <br />City of Roseville <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br /> <br />~ursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br /> <br />of the City Council of the city of Roseville, Minnesota, was <br /> <br />duly held at the City Hall in said City on Monday, the 28th <br /> <br />day of April, 1980, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The fOllowing members were present: Mayor Demos and <br /> <br />Councilmen Franke and Anderson: and the following were <br /> <br />absent: Councilmen Kehr and Curley. <br /> <br />councilman Franke introduced and moved the adoption <br /> <br />of the following resolution: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 6941 <br />RESOLUTION DECIARI~G ADEQUA.CY OF 'PETITION <br />Al'ID ORDERING PREPARATION OF REPORT ON <br />IMPROVEMENT NO. UL-80-l2 <br /> <br />T,~REAS, a certain petition requesting an improvement in <br /> <br />the City of Roseville in the general area bounded by Woodhill <br /> <br />Drive on the north, County Road C on theoo'south, Lexington <br /> <br />Avenue on the west, and victoria Avenue on the east by the <br /> <br />installation of ornamental street lights, filed with the <br /> <br />council on April 28, 1980. is hereby declared to be signed <br /> <br />by the required percentage of owners of property affected <br />thereby pursuant to Minnesota statutes, Sec. 429.035. <br />
