<br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting <br />of City council <br />city of ~osevi11e <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br /> <br />ryursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br /> <br />of the City Council of the City of Rosevi11e, Minnesota, was <br /> <br />duly held at the ~ity Hall in said City on Monday, the 28th <br /> <br />day of April, 1980, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Demos and <br /> <br />Councilmen pranke and Anderson~ and the fOllowing were absent: <br /> <br />Councilmen Kehr and Curley. <br /> <br />Councilman Franke introduced and moved the adoption <br /> <br />of the fOllowing resolution: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 6942 <br />RESOLUTION DECLARING ADEQ~CY OF ?ETITION <br />AND ORDERING PREPARATION OF RE~ORT ON <br />IM~ROVEME~~ NO. UL-80-13 <br /> <br />~~REAS, a certain petition requesting an improvement in <br /> <br />the City of Roseville in the general area of Mount Ridge <br /> <br />~oad between County Road D and 150 feet south of Brenner Avenue <br /> <br />by the installation of ornamental street lights, filed with <br /> <br />the Council on April 28, 1980, is hereby declared to be signed <br /> <br />by the required percentage of owners of property affected <br /> <br />thereby pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Sec. 429.035. <br /> <br />N~1, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY CO~TCIL OF <br /> <br />THE CITY O~ nOSEVILLE, MINNESO~: <br />
