<br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting of the <br />city council of the City of Roseville <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br /> <br />~ursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br /> <br />of the City Council of the city of Roseville, Minnesota, was <br /> <br />duly held at the City Hall in said city on Monday, the 28th <br /> <br />day of April, 1980, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The fOllowing members were present: Mayor Demos and <br /> <br />Council members Franke and Anderson, <br /> <br />and the following were absent: Councilmen Kehr and curley. <br /> <br />Councilman Franke introduced and moved the adoption of <br /> <br />the fOllowing resolution: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 6944 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION A~~RDING BID FOR <br />IMPROVEME~TS SS-P-77-3B, <br />SS-W-P-79-3, ST-?-79-12, and ST-79-14 <br /> <br />~mBEREAS, pursuant to advertisement for bids for the above <br /> <br />improvements, according to the plans and specifications thereof <br /> <br />on file in the office of the Manager of said city, said bids <br /> <br />were received on April 7, 1980 at 3:00 o'clock p.m., opened <br /> <br />and tabulated according to law and the following bids were <br /> <br />received complying with the advertisement~ <br />
