<br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting of the <br />City Council <br />City of Roseville <br />County of Ramsey <br />State of Minnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the <br />City Council of the City of Roseville, Ramsey County, rHnnesota, Has duly held <br /> <br />in the City Hall at 2660 Civic Center Drive <br /> <br />j Roseville, Ninnesota, on <br /> <br />f1onday, the <br /> <br />Ninth <br /> <br />day of <br /> <br />June <br /> <br />,1980 ,at 7:30 <br /> <br />o'clock p.r~. <br /> <br />The foll owi ng members were present: Mayor Demos, Council <br /> <br />Members Curley, Anderson, Franke and Kehr <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />Curley <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution <br /> <br />r'lember <br /> <br />and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 6952 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RELATING TO APPORTION~'lENT OF ASSESSHENTS <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City af Roseville, <br /> <br />;~innesota, as fol1ows: <br /> <br />\~HEREAS, the assessment rolls for various improvements for the City <br /> <br />of Roseville were certified to the County Auditor of the County of Ramsey, and <br /> <br />since the certifications, a number of parcels of property contained Viithin said <br /> <br />assessment roll s ilave been divided and conveyed, it requi res that apporti anment <br /> <br />of tile original assessments be made by the City Council of tne City of Roseville <br /> <br />in order that the proper assessment can be extended by the County Auditor against <br /> <br />each parcel of property thereafter, <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Roseville does <br /> <br />hereby make the follovdng apportionment of original assessments against the <br /> <br />following described properties: <br />
