<br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting <br />of City Council <br />City of Roseville <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br /> <br />Held: June 23, 1980 <br /> <br />A regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota, was held at the City Hall, 2660 Civic <br />Center Drive, on June 23, 1980, at 7:30 o'clock p. m. <br />The following members were present: Mayor Demos, Counci lmen Franke', <br />Anderson and Kehr <br /> <br />and the following were absent: Councilman Curley <br /> <br />Councilman Anderson <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution <br /> <br />and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 6955 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AND PROVIDING <br />FOR PUBLIC SALE OF $2,415,000 <br />IMPROVEMENT BONDS, SERIES 10 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Roseville, <br />Minnesota, as follows: <br /> <br />1. It is hereby found, determined and declared that it is . <br />necessary and expedient that this City issue its negotiable coupon <br />general obligation bonds in the amount of $2,415,000 to provide <br />funds to defray the costs of various improvements in the city. <br /> <br />2. This Council shall meet at the time and place specified <br />in the form of notice hereinafter contained for the purpose of <br />opening and considering sealed bids for and awarding the sale of <br />$2,415,000 Improvement Bonds, Series 10, of said City. <br /> <br />3. The City Manager is hereby authorized and directed to <br />cause notice of the time, place and purpose of said meeting to be <br />published in the official newspaper of the City and in Commercial <br />West, as provided by law, which notice shall be in substantially <br />the following form: <br />
