<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br />OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE - HELD JUNE 23, 1980 <br /> <br />* * * * * * * * * * * ** * <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br />of the City Council of the City of Roseville, Ramsey County, Minnesota, <br />was duly held in the City Hall, 2660 Civic Center Drive, on the 23rd <br />day of June, 1980, at 7:30 P.M. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Demos, <br />Councilmen Franke, Anderson and Kehr <br /> <br />and the following were absent: Councilman Curley <br /> <br />Member Anderson <br />and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 6956 <br /> <br />WHfREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Ramsey County <br />by resolution dated November 27, 1979, classified as non-conservation <br />land certain land; lying within the limits of the City of Roseville; and <br />I <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a certified copy of the classification resolution, <br />together with a list of the land classified has been submitted for <br />approval of the classification and sale of the land classified in <br />accordance with MSA 282.01, Sub. 1; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the classification of <br />the land shown on said list as non-conservation land and the sale <br />thereof be and hereby is approved; and <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Manager be and hereby is <br />authorized to file a certified copy of this resolution in the Office <br />of the Land Commissioner. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was <br />duly seconded by Member Kehr and upon vote being taken thereon, <br />the following voted in favor thereof: All present <br />and the following voted against same: None <br /> <br />WHEREUPON, said resolution was declared duly passed and <br /> <br />adopted. <br />
