<br />Extract of Hinutes of Meeting <br />of City Council <br />City of Roseville <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br /> <br />of the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was <br /> <br />duly held at the City Hall in said City on Monday, the 23rd day <br />of June, 1980, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Demos and <br /> <br />Councilmen Anderson, Kehr and Franke; and the following Wc:lS <br /> <br />absent: Councilman Curley. <br />Councilman Anderson introduced and moved the adoption of <br />the following resolution: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 6957 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION DECLARING ADEQUACY OF <br />PETITION AND ORDERING PREPARATION OF <br />REPORT ON IMPROVEMENT NO. M-BO -15 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a certain petition requesting an improvemen't in <br /> <br />the City of Roseville for the upgrading of the alley off <br /> <br />Woodruff between South McCarrons and Glenwood by the inst.:llla- <br /> <br />tion of bituminous surfacing and necessary appurtenances, filed <br /> <br />with the Council on June 23, 1980, is hereby declared to be <br />signed by the required percentage of owners of property <br />affected thereby pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Sec. 429.035. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF <br /> <br />THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE, HINNESOTA: <br /> <br />That the petition be referred to the City Public Works <br />Director for study and that he is instructed to report to the <br />Council with all convenient speed, advising the Council in a <br />preliminary way as to whether the proposed improvement is <br />
