EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE ROSEVILLE CITY COUNCIL - HELD JUNE 23, 1980 * * * * * * * * * * * Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, Ramsey County, Minnesota, was duly held at the City Hall on Monday, June 23, 1980, at 7:30 P.M. The following members were present: Mayor Demos, Councilmen Franke, Anderson and Kehr and the following were absent: Councilman Curley Member Franke moved its adoption: introduced the following resolution and RESOLUTION NO. 6959 WHEREAS, a petition was received by the Roseville City Council on February 25, 1980, from the Rehbein Excavating Company requesting the alteration of the Fulham Storm Water Pond and Pumping facility as a public improvement; and WHEREAS, a feasibility study for said project ST-80-3 was ordered to be done by the consulting firm of Short-Elliott-Hendrickson and Associates; and WHEREAS, after reviewing said feasibility study, the petitioner informed the City that they wished to terminate the project; and WHEREAS, at the time the study was ordered, the petitioner agreed to pay for the expenses associated with said study in the event the project did not result in a construction improvement; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Roseville City Council that the Fulham Pond Alteration Project ST-80-3 be abandoned and that the Public Works Department shall determine all costs involved in the preparation of the study and send a statement in that amount to the petitioner for payment. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing was duly seconded by Member Anderson and upon a vote being taken, the following voted in favor: All present and the following voted against: None WHEREUPON, said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
