<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE ROSEVILLE <br />CITY COUNCIL - HELD JUNE 23, 1980 <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br />of the City Council of the City of Roseville, Ramsey County, Minnesota, <br />was duly held at the City Hall on Monday, June 23, 1980, at 7:30 P.M. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Demos, Councilmen <br />Franke, Anderson and Kehr <br /> <br />and the following were absent: Councilman Curley <br /> <br />Member Franke <br />moved its adoption: <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 6959 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a petition was received by the Roseville City Council <br />on February 25, 1980, from the Rehbein Excavating Company requesting <br />the alteration of the Fulham Storm Water Pond and Pumping facility as <br />a public improvement; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a feasibility study for said project ST-80-3 was <br />ordered to be done by the consulting firm of Short-Elliott-Hendrickson <br />and Associates; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, after reviewing said feasibility study, the petitioner <br />informed the City that they wished to terminate the project; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at the time the study was ordered, the petitioner <br />agreed to pay for the expenses associated with said study in the event <br />the project did not result in a construction improvement; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Roseville City Council <br />that the Fulham Pond Alteration Project ST-80-3 be abandoned and that <br />the Public Works Department shall determine all costs involved in the <br />preparation of the study and send a statement in that amount to the <br />petitioner for payment. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing was duly seconded <br />by Member Anderson and upon a vote being taken, the following <br />voted in favor: All present <br /> <br />and the following voted against: None <br /> <br />WHEREUPON, said resolution was declared duly passed and <br />adopted. <br />
