<br />Extract of Minutes of Heeting <br />of City Council <br />City of Roseville <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br /> <br />of the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was <br />duly held in the City Hall, 2660 Civic Center Drive, in said <br />City on Monday, the 14th day of July, 1980, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br />The following members were present: Mayor Demos, Counci lmen <br />Kehr, Curley, Franke and Anderson <br /> <br />and the follo\>ling were absent: None <br /> <br />Councilman Anderson <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution <br /> <br />and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 6967 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RELATING TO IMPROVEiE:NT NO. P-78-7 <br />DECLARING COST TO BE ASSESSED AND <br />ORDERING PREPARATION OF PROPOSED ASSESSr1ENT ROLL <br /> <br />WHEREAS, contracts have been let for Improvement No. <br />P-78-7 of the City of Roseville on Sandhurst cul-de-sac west <br />of Western Avenue, and on Western Avenue between Sandhurst <br />cul-de-sac and County Road B for the installation of bituminous <br />paving, concrete curb and gutter, and necessary appurtenances; <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the foregoing is in the area described in the <br />legal notice relating to the original hearing on the improve- <br />ment and the resolution relating thereto, and the contract <br />price for such improvement is $ 32 qqR 7~ and the other <br />expenses incurred or to be incurreA in e making of said <br />improvement amount to $ ~ 513.89 so that the total cost of <br />the improvement will be r 40 51? fi7 , and of this cost the <br />City will pay $ 1,134.67 -as 'its share of the cost. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City Council of the <br />City of Rosevil1e, Minnesota, as follows: <br /> <br />1. The cost to be specially assessed is hereby declared <br />to be $ 39.37R 00 <br />
