Extract of Hinutes of r1eeting of City Council City of Roseville Ramsey County, Hinnesota Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly held in the City Hall, 2660 Civic Center Drive, in said City on Monday, the 14th day of July, 1980, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. The follo\oling members were present: Mayor Demos, Counc; 1 men Kehr, Curley, Franke and Anderson and the following were absent: None Councilman Anderson and moved its adoption: introduced the following resolution Resolution No. 6968 RESOLUTION RELATING TO IHPROVEr~NT NO. P-78-9 DECLARING COST TO BE ASSESSED AND ORDERING PREPARATION OF PROPOSED ASSESSMENT ROLL ~mEREAS, contracts have been let for Improvement No. P-78-9 of the City of Roseville including all that property on Lydia Court from Lydia Avenue North to the end of cul-de-sac by the installation of bituminous paving, concrete curb and gutter, and necessary appurtenances; and WHEREAS, the foregoing is in the area described in the legal notice relating to the original hearing on the improve- ment and the resolution relating thereto, and the contract price for such improvement is $ 35.641.24 and the other expenses incurred or to be incurred in the making of said improvement amount to $ 9 134.52 so that the total cost of the improvement will be · 41 775 76 ,and of this cost the City will pay $31.331.92 'as 1ts share of the cost. NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Roseville, 11innesota, as follows: 1. The cost to be specially assessed is hereby declared to be $ 10,443.84 2.
