Extract of Hinutes of Heeting of City Council City of Roseville Ramsey County, Hinnesota Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly held in the City Hall, 2660 Civic Center Drive, in said City on Monday, the 14th day of July, 1980, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. The following members were present: Mayor Demos, Councilmen Kehr, Curley, Franke and Anderson and the following were absent: None Councilman Anderson introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: Resolution No. 6969 RESOLUTION RELATING TO UIPROVEI1ENT NO. P-78-l2 DECLARING COST TO BE ASSESSED AND ORDERING PREPARATION OF PROPOSED ASSESSrmNT ROLL WHEREAS, contracts have been let for Improvement No. P-78-l2 of the City of Roseville in the area of the southeast corner of Fairview Avenue and County Road C-2 by the installa- tion of concrete curb and gutter, bituminous paving, necessary drainage, and necessary appurtenances; and WHEREAS, the foregoing is in the area described in the legal notice relating to the original hearing on the improve- ment and the resolution relating thereto, and the contract price for such improvement is $ 37.801.35 and the other expenses incurred or to be incurred in the making of said improvement amount to $ 19,481.76 so that the total cost of the improvement will be $ 57 283.11 , and of this cost the Ci ty wi 11 pay $ -0- as its share of the cost.
