<br />K:~5 / /t /~ Go. <:i "'12- <br /> <br />/J A...' ,( 6 't <:. >-- <br />Extract of Minutes of r-1eeting <br />of City Council <br />City of Roseville <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br /> <br />of the City Council of the City of Roseville, rtinnesota, was <br />duly held in the City Hall, 2660 Civic Center Drive, in said <br />City on Monday, the 14th day of July, 1980, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br />The following members were present: Mayor Demos, Councilmen <br />Kehr, Curley, Franke and Anderson <br /> <br />and the following were absent: None <br />Councilman Anderson introduced the fOllowing resolution <br /> <br />and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 6965 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION CONSOLIDATING IMPROVEMENT <br />NO. SS-W-ST-P-78-29 AND I~WROVEMENT NO. ST-SW-79-4 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Roseville, <br />Minnesota, as follows: <br /> <br />1. The City has heretofore instituted and ordered the <br />construction of Improvement No. SS-W-ST-P-78-29 and Improvement <br />No. ST-SW-79-4, pursuant to and in accordance with the provi- <br />sions of Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429. The proceedings for <br />each of said improvements were instituted in 1979. The pro- <br />ceedings for each of said improvements having been effectively <br />instituted at substantially the same dates, and the construction <br />of both improvements having now been ordered, it is hereby <br />determined that the said improvements, although separately <br />instituted, can be more economically completed if combined and <br />joined as one project for the purpose of further proceedings. <br />Pursuant to the authority contained in Minnesota Statutes, <br />Section 435.56, the future proceedings for these separate <br />improvements are hereby combined, and henceforth all proceedings <br />shall be conducted in all respects as if the separate proceedings <br />had originally been instituted as one proceeding. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution <br /> <br />was duly seconded by Councilman Kehr <br /> <br />, and upon vote being <br />
