Extract of l1inutes of Heeting of City Council City of Roseville Ramsey County, Minnesota Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly held in the City Hall, 2660 Civic Center Drive, in said City on Monday, the 14th day of July, 1980, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. The following members were present: Mayor Demos, Councilmen Kehr, Curley, Franke and Anderson and the following were absent: None Councilman Anderson and moved its adoption: Resolution No. 6973 introduced the following resolution RESOLUTION RELATING TO II1PROVEl4ENT NO. ST-P-78-30 DECLARING COST TO BE ASSESSED AND ORDERING PREPARATION OF PROPOSED ASSESSMENT ROLL \'lHEREAS, contracts have been let for Improvement No. ST-P-78-30 of the City of Roseville, including all that property falling within the following boundaries: All that property north of a line 450 feet north of County Road C, and south of a line 300 feet north of Terrace Drive, west of Mackubin Street and east of St. Albans Street by the construction of concrete curb and gutter, sidewalk, bituminous surfacing, storm sewer and necessary appurtenances; and \mEREAS, the foregoing is in the area described in the legal notice relating to the original hearing on the improvement and the resolution relating thereto, and the contract price for such improvement is $ 161,674.29 and the other expenses in- curred or to be incurred in the making of said improvement amount to $ 31,220.86 so that the total cost of the improve- ment will be $ 1Q?
