<br />Extract of Mi.nutes of Meeting <br />of City Council <br />City of Roseville <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br /> <br />of the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was <br />duly held in the City Hall, 2660 Civic Center Drive, in said <br />City on l~nday, the 14th day of July, 1980, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br />The following members were present: Mayor Demos, Counci lmen <br /> <br />Kehr, Curley, Franke and Anderson <br />and the following were absent: None <br /> <br />Councilman Anderson <br />and moved its adoption: <br />Resolution NO. 6974 <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RELATING TO IMPROVEMENT NO. SS-W-P-78-3l <br />DECLARING COST TO BE ASSESSED 1U~D <br />ORDERING PREPARATION OF PROPOSED ASSESSMENT ROLL <br /> <br />WHEREAS, contracts have been let for Improvement No. <br />SS-W-P-78-3l of the City of Roseville, on Brenner Court from <br />Old Highway 8 northwest to end of cul-de-sac for the installa- <br />tion of sanitary sewer, watermain, concrete curb and gutter, <br />bituminous surfacing, necessary drainage and necessary appur- <br />tenances, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the foregoing is in the area described in the <br />legal notice relating to the original hearing on the improve- <br />ment and the resolution relating thereto, and the contract <br />price for such improvement is $ 43,045.84 and the other <br />expenses incurred or to be incurred in the making of said <br />improvement amount to $ 12,249.55 so that the total cost of <br />the iml?rovement will be $ 5~ 295 39 ' and of this cost the <br />City w~ll pay $ ~o~ as ~ts share of the cost. <br /> <br />NO~~, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City Council of the <br />City of Roseville, Minnesota, as follows: <br /> <br />1. <br />to be $ <br /> <br />The cost to be specially assessed is hereby declared <br />55,295.39 <br />
