Extract of Hinutes of I.1eeting of City Council City of Roseville Ramsey County, Minnesota Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly held in the City Hall, 2660 Civic Center Drive, in said City on Monday, the 14th day of July, 1980, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. The following members were present: Mayor Demos, Counc; 1men Kehr, Curley, Franke and Anderson and the following were absent: None Councilman Anderson introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: Resolution No. 6976 RESOLUTION RELATING TO IMPROVEr~NT No. SS-79-8 DECLARING COST TO BE ASSESSED AND ORDERING PREPARATION OF PROPOSED ASSESSMENT ROLL ~mEREAS, contracts have been let for Improvement No. SS-79-8 of the City of Roseville for Lots 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5, Connelly Addition east of Alta Vista Drive by the installation of sanitary sewer and necessary appurtenances; and WHEREAS, the foregoing is in the area described in the legal notice relating to the original hearing on the improvement and the resolution relating thereto, and the contract price for such improvement is $ 19,853.00 and the other expenses in- curred or to be incurred in the making of said improvement amount to $ 15,824.10 so that the total cost of the improve- ment will be $ 35,677, 'g , and of this cost the City will pay $ -0- as ~ts s are of the cost.
