Extract of Minutes of Meeting of City Council City of Roseville Ramsey County, f1innesota Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly held in the City Hall, 2660 Civic Center Drive, in said City on Monday, the 14th day of July, 1980, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. The following members were present: Mayor Demos, Counc; 1men Kehr, Curley, Franke and Anderson and the following were absent; None Councilman Anderson and moved its adoption: introduced the following resolution Resolution No. 6977 RESOLUTION RELATING TO IMPROVEtmNT NO. P-79-19 DECLARING COST TO BE ASSESSED AND ORDERING PREPARATION OF PROPOSED ASSESSMENT ROLL WHEREAS, contracts have been let for Improvement No. P-79-l9 of the City of Roseville, including all that property on Oakcrest Avenue from Western to Cohansey by the construction of concrete curb and gutter, bituminous paving and necessary appurtenances; and WHEREAS, the foregoing is in the area described in the legal notice relating to the original hearing on the improvement and the resolution relating thereto, and the contract price for such improvement is $ 31,738.44 and the other expenses in- curred or to be incurred in the making of said improvement amount to $ 1,.580.22 so that the total cost of the improve- ment will be 43 318 66 ' and of this cost the City will pay $ 32,489.44 as'lts share of the cost. NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, as follows: 1. to be $ The cost to be specially assessed is hereby declared 10,829.22 2. The City Manager, together with the assistance of the City Public Works Director, shall forthwith calculate the proper
