<br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting <br />of City Council <br />City of Roseville <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br /> <br />of the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was <br />duly held in the City Hall, 2660 Civic Center Drive, in said <br /> <br />City on Monday, the 14th day of July, 1980, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Demos, Councilmen <br />Kehr, Curley, Franke and Anderson <br /> <br />and the following were absent: None <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution <br /> <br />Councilman Anderson <br /> <br />and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 6978 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RELATING TO IMPROVEMENT NO. SS-W-79-20 <br />DECLARING COST TO BE ASSESSED AND <br />ORDERING PREPARATION OF PROPOSED ASSESSMENT ROLL <br /> <br />\'lHEREAS, con tracts have been let for Improvement No. <br />SS-W-79-20 of the City of Roseville, including all that property <br />in the general area of Wagner Street between ~7oodruff Avenue <br />and Western Street, and Western Street at Wagner, by the instal- <br />lation of sanitary sewer and services, watermain and services, <br />and necessary appurtenances; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the foregoing is in the area described in the <br />legal notice relating to the original hearing on the improvement <br />and the resolution relating thereto, and the contract price for <br />such improvement is $ 21,617.08 and the other expenses in- <br />curred or to be incurred in the making of said improvement <br />amount to $ 7,491.14 so that the total cost of the improve- <br />ment will be $ 29.J~8.22 , and of this cost the City will pay <br />$ 7,798.48 as 1 s share of the cost. <br /> <br />NOH, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City Council of the <br />City of Roseville, Minnesota, as follows: <br /> <br />1. The cost to be specially assessed is hereby declared <br />to be $ 21,309 . 74 <br />
