<br />Extract of 11inutes of Heeting <br />of City Council <br />City of Roseville <br />Ramsey County, ~tinnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br /> <br />of the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was <br />duly held in the City Hall, 2660 Civic Center Drive, in said <br />City on Monday, the 14th day of July, 1980, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: <br />Kehr, Curley, Franke and Anderson <br /> <br />Mayor Demos, Councilmen <br /> <br />and the following were absent: None <br /> <br />Councilman Anderson <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution <br /> <br />and I1'K)ved its adoption: <br />Resolution No. 6979 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RELATING TO U1PROVEf.1ENT NO. SS-W-79-22 <br />DECLARING COST TO BE ASSESSED AND <br />ORDERING PREPARATION OF PROPOSED ASSESSMENT ROLL <br /> <br />WHEREAS, contracts have been let for Improvement No. <br />SS-W-79-22 of the City of Roseville on the west side of <br />Farrington Street between Roma Avenue and Dionne Street by the <br />installation of sanitary sewer main, water services and neces- <br />sary appurtenances~ and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the foregoing is in the area described in the <br />legal notice relating to the original hearing on the improvement <br />and the resolution relating thereto, and the contract price for <br />such improvement is $ 14 .147.04 and the other expenses in- <br />curred or to be incurred in the making of said improvement <br />amount to $ 1 3?? 11 so that the total cost of the improve- <br />ment will be "S 1 Z 469,31 ' and of this cost t.he City will pay <br />$ ~O- as lts s are of the cost. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City Council of the <br />City of Roseville, Minnesota, as follows: <br /> <br />1. The cost t.o be specially assessed is hereby declared <br />to be $ 17,469.37 <br />
