EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br /> OF CITY COUNCIL <br /> 11111 <br /> CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of <br /> Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly held in the City Hall at 2660 Civic Center <br /> Drive, Roseville, Minnesota, on Monday, 13th day of September, 2010, at 6:00 p.m. <br /> The following members were present: Roe; Ihlan; Johnson; Pust; and Klausing and the <br /> following members were absent: none <br /> Councilmember Johnson introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 10838 <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING <br /> TRAFFIC CONTROL SIGNAL AGREEMENT <br /> FOR TH 36/HAMLINE COMMERCE/INTERSECTION <br /> MN/DOT AGREEMENT NO. 96289R <br /> BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Roseville, as follows: <br /> WHEREAS, the State has an existing traffic control signal including street lights, <br /> interconnect, control equipment, and signing(Traffic Control Signal) at the Trunk Highway <br /> 36/Hamline Avenue and Commerce Street intersection; <br /> NOW, BE IT RESOLVED that the City of Roseville enter into Mn/DOT agreement No. <br /> 96289R with the State of Minnesota, Department of Transportation for the following <br /> purposes: <br /> To remove the existing Traffic Control Signal and Install a new Traffic Control Signal <br /> with Street Lights, Emergency Vehicle Pre-emption, Interconnect and Signing on <br /> Trunk Highway No. 36 at County State Aid Highway No. 50 (Hamline Avenue)/ <br /> Commerce Street/City Service Road under State Project No. 6212-159 (TH 36=118), <br /> State Aid Project No's. 062-650-009 and 160-020-023, and City Project No. 10-22, <br /> within the corporate city limits. <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Manager are authorized to execute <br /> the Agreement and any amendments to the Agreement. <br /> The motion was duly seconded by Councilmember Roe and upon vote being taken thereon, <br /> the following voted in favor thereof: Roe; Ihlan; Johnson; Pust; and Klausing and the <br /> following voted against: none <br /> WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br /> 11111 <br />
