<br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting <br />of the City Council <br />of the city of Roseville <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br /> <br />~ursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br /> <br />of the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was <br /> <br />duly held at the City Hall in said City on Monday, the 14th day <br /> <br />of J.uly, 1980, at 7~30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The fOllowing members were present~ Mayor Demos, Council- <br /> <br />men Kehr, Curley, Franke and Anderson: and the fOllowing were <br /> <br />absent~ None. <br /> <br />Councilman Curley introduced and moved the adoption of the <br /> <br />following resolution: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 6980 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING PREPARATION OF <br />RE~ORT ON DMPROVEMENT NO. SS-W-ST-P-80-20 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it is proposed to improve that portion of the City <br /> <br />of Roseville including all that property on st. Anthony Lane <br /> <br />extended from the west city limits, easterly 300 feet more or <br /> <br />less, and lying north of County Road C by the installation of <br /> <br />sanitary sewer, water, bituminous surfacing, concrete curb and <br /> <br />gutter, storm sewer and necessary appurtenances, and <br /> <br />to assess the benefitted property for all or a portion of the <br /> <br />cost of the improvement pursuant to Minn. Statutes Secs. 429.011 <br /> <br />to 429.111 (Minn. Statutes 1961). <br />
