<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br />ROSEVILLE CITY COUNCIL - HELD <br /> <br />July 14, 1980 <br /> <br />* * * * * * * * * * * * * <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the City Council <br />of the City of Roseville met in regular session at the City Hall on <br />Monday, the 14th day of July, 1980, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Demos, Councilmen <br />Kehr, Curley, Franke and Anderson. <br /> <br />Councilman Curley introduced the following resolution and <br />moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 6981 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, both the City of St. Anthony and the City of <br />Roseville each have currently deficient storm sewer facilities <br />in the area north of County Road C near their common boundary; <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, each community recognizes the problems that could <br />occur from such a drainage situation; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Roseville has several undeveloped <br />parcels in that area also requiring sanitary sewer, water and road- <br />ways; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a petition has been received for the study of the <br />various improvements listed above; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Mayor and City <br />Manager are hereby authorized to sign a Joint Powers Agreement on <br />behalf of the City with the City of St. Anthony for a storm drainage <br />study to serve the area north of County Road C near the St. Anthony - <br />Roseville boundary, identified as Roseville Project 80-20. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was <br />duly seconded by Councilman Kehr, and upon vote being taken thereon, <br />the following voted in favor thereof: All; and the following voted <br />against the same: None~ whereupon the resolution was declared duly <br />passed and adopted. <br />
