<br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting <br />of City Council <br />City of Roseville <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br /> <br />of the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was <br /> <br />duly held at the City Hall in said City on Monday, the 14th <br /> <br />day of July, 1980, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present~ Mayor Demos and <br /> <br />Councilmen Curley, Anderson, Kehr and Franke~ and the fOllowing <br /> <br />were absent~ None. <br /> <br />Councilman Kehr introduced and moved the adoption of the <br /> <br />fOllowing resolution~ <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 6982 <br />RESOI,UTION DECLARING ADEQUACY OF PETITION <br />AND ORDERING PREPARA TIO~Y Ol? REPORT ON <br />r~PROVEMENT NO. SS-W-P-77-3C <br /> <br />~~REAS, a certain petition requesting an improvement in <br /> <br />the City of Roseville on Fernwood Avenue from Merrill street, <br /> <br />north to Josephine Road, and all of Belair Circle by the <br /> <br />installation of sanitary sewer, water, bituminous surfacing, <br /> <br />concrete curb and gutter, drainage and necessary appurtenances, <br /> <br />filed with the Council on July 14, 1980, is hereby declared to <br /> <br />be signed by the required percentage of owners of property <br /> <br />affected thereby pursuant to Minnesota statutes, See. 429.035. <br />
