All parking areas except those serving one-family and <br /> two-family dwellings on local streets shall be designed so <br /> that cars do not have to back into the public street. <br /> 2. Parking areas for one-family and two-family dwellings <br /> with driveway access onto County or State roads shall be <br /> designed so that cars do not have to back into the street. <br /> F. Surfacing:All off-street parking areas and driveways shall be <br /> constructed of bituminous asphalt,concrete,pavers,or other <br /> material approved by the City Engineer. <br /> G. Walkways: Required parking areas for 6 or more vehicles <br /> shall have walkways separated from the parking area and <br /> surfaced with bituminous asphalt,pavers,or concrete <br />
