Ke~r and Franke: and the fOllowing <br /> <br />were absent~ None. <br /> <br />Councilman Kehr introduced ?nd moved the adoption of the <br /> <br />following resolution: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NOo 6984 <br />RESOLUTION DECLARING ADEQUACY OF :PETITION <br />AND ORDERING PRE~ARATION OF REPORT ON <br />IMPROVEMENT NO. P-80-19 <br /> <br />WHEREAS a certain petition requesting an improvement in <br /> <br />the City of Roseville on Churchill Street from T100dhill Drive to <br /> <br />County Road C-2 by the installation of bituminous paVing. <br /> <br />concrete curb and gutter, drainage and necessary appurtenances. <br /> <br />filed with the Council on July 14. 1980. is hereby declared <br /> <br />to be signed by the required percentage of owners of property <br /> <br />affected thereby pursuant to Minnesota statutes.
