<br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting <br />of City Council <br />City of Roseville <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br /> <br />of the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was <br /> <br />duly held at the City Hall in said City on Monday, the 14th <br /> <br />day of July, 1980, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present~ Mayor Demos and <br /> <br />Councilmen Curley, Anderson, Kehr and Franke: and the fOllowing <br /> <br />were absent: None. <br /> <br />Councilman Kehr introduced ?nd moved the adoption of the <br /> <br />fOllowing resolution: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 6986 <br />RESOLUTION DECLARING ADEQ~CY OF PETITION <br />AND ORDERING PREPARATIO~T OF REPORT ON <br />IMPROVEMENT NO. ?-80-l8 <br /> <br />~mEREAS, a certain petition requesting an improvement in <br /> <br />the City of Roseville on Arona street from Lydia Avenue, north to <br /> <br />Brenner Avenue by the installation of bituminous surfacing, concrete <br /> <br />curb and gutter, and necessary appurtenances, filed with the <br /> <br />Council on July 14, 1980, is hereby declared to be signed by the <br /> <br />required percentage of owners of ?roperty affected thereby <br /> <br />pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Sec. 429.035. <br /> <br />N()'Ijl, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOI.VED BY THE CITY' COUNCIL OF <br /> <br />THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE, MIJ:;JNESOTA: <br />
