<br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting <br />of the city Council <br />of the City of Roseville <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br /> <br />~ursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br /> <br />of the City Council of the city of Roseville, Minnesota, was <br /> <br />duly held at the city Hall in said City on Monday, the 14th day <br /> <br />of July, 1980, at 7~30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present~ Mayor Demos, Council- <br /> <br />men Kehr, Curley, Franke and An~erson; and the following were <br /> <br />absent ~ ~one. <br /> <br />Councilman Kehr introduced and moved the adoption of the <br /> <br />following resolution? <br /> <br />Resolution mo. 6987 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ORDERI1\I'G "'REPARA TIO"! OF <br />REPORT ON IMPROVEMENT ST-r>-80-22 <br /> <br />tiHEREAF, it is proposed to improve that portion of the City <br /> <br />of Roseville in the general area bounded on the south by Lydia <br /> <br />Avenue, on the north by Glenhill Road, on the west by Snelling <br /> <br />Avenue (~.T.H. 51) and on the east by Hamline Avenue, by the <br /> <br />installation of storm sewer, bituminous paving, concrete curb and <br /> <br />gutter and necessary appurtenances, and to assess the benefitted <br /> <br />~roperty for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement <br /> <br />pursuant to Minn. Ftatutes Sees. 429.011 to 429.111 (Minn. <br /> <br />Statutes 1961). <br />
