<br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting <br />of City Council <br />City of Roseville <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br /> <br />~ursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br /> <br />of the City Council of the city of Roseville, Minnesota, was <br /> <br />duly held at the City Hall in said City on Monday, the 14th <br /> <br />day of July, 1980, at 7~30 o'clock pem. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Demos and <br /> <br />Councilmen Curley, Anderson, Kehr and Franke; and the following <br /> <br />were absent~ Nonee <br /> <br />Councilman Kehr introduced and moved the adoption of the <br /> <br />following resolution~ <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 6988 <br />RESOLUTION DECIARIl\1G ADEQUACY OF "ETITION <br />AND ORDERING "RE"?AAATION OF RE"?ORT 01\1 <br />IM"ROVEME~T NO. P-80-l7 <br /> <br />T~REAS, a certain petition requesting an improvement in <br /> <br />the city of Roseville on Griggs street from Woodhil1, north to <br /> <br />County Road C-2 by the installation of bituminous surfacing, <br /> <br />concrete curb and gutter, drainage, and necessary appurtenances, <br /> <br />filed with the Council on July 14, 1980, is hereby declared to be <br /> <br />signed by the required percentage of owners of property affected <br /> <br />thereby pursuant to Minnesota statutes, Sece 429.035. <br /> <br />Nmv, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE crTY COUNCIL OF <br /> <br />THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA ~ <br />
