<br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the <br />City of Roseville, Minnesota: <br />1. The Mayor and !-!anager are hereby authorized and <br />directed to enter into a contract with Forest Lake Contracting <br />for $186,207.65 in the name of the City of Roseville for the <br />above improvement according to the plans and specifications <br />thereof heretofore approved by the City Council and on file in <br />the office of the City Manager. <br />2. The City Manager is hereby authorized and directed to <br />return forthwith to all bidders the deposits made with their <br />bids except the deposits of the successful bidder and the next <br />lowest bidder shall be retained until contracts have been <br />signed. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution <br />was duly seconded by Councilman Franke, and upon vote being <br />taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: All~ and <br />the following voted against: None; whereupon said resolution <br />was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
