City of <br /> RV4SEV1LI.r <br /> Minnesota,USA <br /> Regular City Council Meeting <br /> Minutes <br /> City Hall Council Chambers, 2660 Civic Center Drive <br /> Monday, March 14, 2011 <br /> Roll Call <br /> Mayor Roe called to order the Roseville City Council regular meeting at approximately 5:00 <br /> p.m. Mayor Roe, and Council Members Johnson and McGehee were present. Councilmember <br /> Pust arrived at approximately 5:20 p.m. Parks and Recreation Chair Jason Etten and Police Civil <br /> Service Commission Chair James Campbell were also present. Mayor Roe noted <br /> Councilmember Willmus' absence due to out of state travel. <br /> Advisory Commission Interviews <br /> The City Council met at approximately 5:00 p.m. for the purpose of interviewing applicants for <br /> vacancies on the Planning, Parks and Recreation, Ethics and Police Civil Service Commissions. <br /> Interviews were held at approximate ten minute intervals with the following applicants: <br /> Applicant Commission(s) <br /> Michael Boguszewski Planning <br /> David Nelson Planning <br /> William Rodrique Planning <br /> Wendy Thompson Planning <br /> Public Comment—Mr. James Anderson,3004 Arona Street <br /> Mr. Anderson spoke regarding an issue he has had with a neighbor maliciously blowing snow <br /> against Mr. Anderson's home, and in support of a city ordinance to restrict placing snow more <br /> than 5 feet over the property line onto a neighbor's property. Mayor Roe thanked Mr. Anderson <br /> for his comments, and indicated that Mr. Anderson's request would be forwarded to staff for <br /> review and report back to the city council. Mayor Roe noted that Mr. Anderson would be <br /> informed of the report back to the city council. <br /> Continued Advisory Commission Interviews <br /> Applicant Commission(s) <br /> Benjamin Lehman Planning and Ethics <br /> Jeff Lester Planning and Ethics <br /> Council Communications, Reports and Announcements <br /> Mayor Roe announced the upcoming session of Roseville U, an opportunity to learn more about <br /> how your City government works.
