Regular City Council Meeting Monday,March 21,2011 Page 2 Mayor Roe recessed the meeting at approximately 6:00 p.m. and reconvened in regular session at approximately 6:37 p.m. 1. Roll Call Mayor Roe called to order the Roseville City Council regular business meeting at approx- imately 6:37 p.m. and welcomed everyone. (Voting and Seating Order for February: Johnson; McGehee; Willmus; Pust; and Roe). City Attorney Charlie Bartholdi was also present. 2. Approve Agenda Councilmember Willmus requested that approval of meeting minutes be separated for each meeting date. Mayor Roe requested removal of Consent Item 7.h entitled, "Accept a $300,000 Livable Housing Incentives Account Grant for Sienna Green II and enter into a Memorandum of Understanding with AEON regarding the use of the grant." Johnson moved, McGehee seconded, approval of the agenda as amended. Roll Call Ayes: Pust; Willmus; Johnson; McGehee; and Roe. Nays: None. 3. Public Comment Mayor Roe called for public comment by members of the audience on any non-agenda items. Nobody appeared to speak at this time. 4. Council Communications,Reports and Announcements Mayor Roe noted the display of approximately forty (40) wall quilts at City Hall until April 30, 2011, by the MN Contemporary Quilters and their 2010 Challenge Theme, with additional information available at MNContemporaryQuilters.net. 5. Approve Minutes of February 28, and March 14,2011 Meetings Mayor Roe had submitted his comments and corrections to the draft minutes prior to tonight's meeting and those revisions were incorporated into the draft presented in the Council packet.
