<br />-:zL <br />{;s / 0 y ;;q <br /> <br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />HELD: AUGUST 13, 1980 <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a epeelal <br />meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, Ramsey <br />County, Minnesota, was duly held at the City Hall in the City <br />on the 13th day of August, 1980, at 7:30 P.M. for the purpose <br />of considering bids for and awarding the sale of $2,415,000 <br />General Obligation Improvement Bonds, Series 10 of the City. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor De.oe <br />all4 Cowac111ae CUrley, Aa4uaoa &D4 I.ebr <br /> <br />and the following were absent: Couno11m&n Frank. <br /> <br />The Manager presented affidavits showing publication <br />of notice of call for bids on $2,415,000 General Obligation <br />Improvement Bonds, Series 10 of the City, for which bids were <br />to be received at the office of Peterson, Popovich, Knutson & <br />Flynn, P.A., at 5:00 P.M. on this date, in accordance with the <br />resolution adopted by the City Council on June 23, 1980. The <br />affidavits were examined, found to comply with the provisions <br />of Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 475, and were approved and <br />ordered placed on file. <br /> <br />The following bids were received and opened at the <br />office of Peterson, Popovich, Knutson & Flynn, P.A., and <br />presented to the City Council: <br /> <br />Bidder Interest Rate <br />1.
