Extract of Minutes of Meeting of City Council of City of Roseville Ramsey County, Minnesota Held: August 25, 1980 Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the City Council of the City of Roseville met in regular session at the City Hall on Monday, the 25thday of August, 1980, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. The following members were present: Mayor Demos and Councilmen Anderson, Curley, Kehr and Franke; and the following were absent: None Councilman Anderson lution and moved its adoption: introduced the following reso- Resolution No. ~ RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT AND PROVIDING FOR PUBLIC HEARING ON IMPROVEMENT NO. UL-80-l3 BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Roseville as follows: 1. By resolution adopted April 28, 1980, the Council has directed the City Public Works Director to prepare a preliminary report as to the feasibility of a proposed improvement in the general area of Mount Ridge Road between County Road D and 150 feet south of Brenner Avenue by the installation of ornamental street lights. The Public Works Director was also directed to include in the report the estimated costs of the proposed improve- ment and as to whether such improvement should best be made as proposed or in connection with some other improvement. The preliminary report and cost estimate have been submitted and considered by the Council and are hereby approved and directed to be placed on file in the office of the City Manager. The improvement proposed to be made in the general manner set forth in the report is designated as Improvement No. UL-80-l3. 2. The Council shall meet at the City Hall, 2660 civic Center Drive, in said City, on Septenilier -22,1980, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. for the purpose of holding a public hearing on the proposed improvement under and pursuant to the provisions of Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429, and the Manager is hereby authorized and directed to cause notice of the time, place and purpose of that
