<br />NOTICE OF HEARING <br />ON IMPROVEMENT NO. UL-80-13 <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the City of <br />Rosevil1e, Minnesota, will meet at the City Hall, 2660 Civic <br />Center Drive, in said City, on the 22nd day of September, 1980, <br />at 7:30 o'clock p.m., to hold a public hearing pursuant to <br />Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429, as amended, on proposed Improve- <br />ment No. UL-80-l3 in the general area of Mount Ridge Road <br />between County Road D and 150 feet south of Brenner Avenue <br />by the installation of ornamental street lights. The foregoing <br />is all substantially in accordance with a preliminary engineering <br />report which is now on file and open to public inspection in <br />the office of the City Manager. <br /> <br />The cost of the improvement is presently estimated at <br />$ 2,946.24 . The area proposed to be assessed for the improve- <br />ment shall be the following: <br /> <br />All that property in Cave's North Boundary <br />No. 2 Addition. <br /> <br />All persons desiring to be heard with reference to the <br />improvement and the area proposed to be assessed therefor may <br />appear and be heard by the City Council at the time and place <br />stated above. <br /> <br />Dated: August 25, 1980 <br /> <br />BY ORDER OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br /> <br />Jame sF.
