Extract of Minutes of Meeting of city Council of City of Roseville Ramsey County, Minnesota Held: August 25, 1980 Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the City Council of the city of Rosevi11e met in regular session at the City Hall on Monday, the 25thday of August, 1980, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. The following members were present: Mayor Demos and Councilmen Anderson, Curley, Kehr and Franke and the following were absent: None c~unci1man Anderson introduced the following reso- lution and moved its adoption: Resolution No. 6997 RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT AND PROVIDING FOR PUBLIC HEARING ON IMPROVEMENT NO. M-80-15 BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Rosevi1le as follows: 1. By resolution adopted June 23, 1980, the Council has directed the City public Works Director to prepare a preliminary report as to the feasibility of a proposed improvement for the upgrading of the alley off Woodruff between South McCarrons and Glenwood by the installation of bituminous surfacing and necessary appurtenances. The Public Works Director was also directed to include in the report the estimated cost of the proposed improve- ment and as to whether such improvement should best be made as proposed or in connection with some other improvement. The pre- liminary report and cost estimate have been submitted and considered by the Council and are hereby approved and directed to be placed on file in the office of the City Manager. The improvement pro- posed to be made in the general manner set forth in the report is designated as Improvement No. M-80-15. 2. The Council shall meet at the City Hall, 2660 Civic Center Drive, in said City, on Sep~e~ber 22~980, at 7:30 o'clock p.m for the purpose of holding a public hearing on the proposed improvement under and pursuant to the provisions of Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429, and the Manager is hereby authorized and directed to cause notice of the time, place and purpose of that
