<br />NOTICE OF HEARING <br />ON IMPROVEMENT NO. M-80-15 <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the City of <br />Rosevil1e, Minnesota, will meet at the City Hall, 2660 Civic <br />Center Drive, in said City, on the 22nd day of September, <br />1980, at 7:30 o'clock p.m., to hold a public hearing pursuant <br />to Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429, as amended, on proposed <br />Improvement No. M-80-15 for the upgrading of the alley off <br />Woodruff between South McCarrons and G1enwood by the instal- <br />lation of bituminous surfacing and necessary appurtenances. <br />The foregoing is all sUbstantially in accordance with <br />a preliminary engineering report which is now on file and open <br />to public inspection in the office of the City Manager. <br /> <br />The cost of the improvement is presently estimated at <br />$ 9,993.00. The area proposed to be assessed for the improve- <br />ment shall be the following: <br /> <br />Lots 4 through 22, Block 3 <br />ROlling Green Addition. <br /> <br />All persons desiring to be heard with reference to the <br />improvement and the area proposed to be assessed therefor may <br />appear and be heard by the City Council at the time and place <br />stated above. <br /> <br />Dated: August 25, 1980 <br /> <br />BY ORDER OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br /> <br />James F.
