Mayor Demos and. <br /> <br />Councilmen Curley, Anderson, Kehr and Franke; and the following <br /> <br />were absent~ None. <br /> <br />Councilman Curley introduced and moved the adoption of the <br /> <br />following resolution" <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 7001 <br />RESOLUTION DECLARInG ADEQU~~CY OF PETITION <br />AND ORDERING PRrp1-'~PJ\TIOti OF REPORT ON <br />Ir1PROVElmHT NO. P- 80- 2 7 <br /> <br />HHEREAS, a certain petition requesting an improvement in <br /> <br />the City of Roseville on Eldridge Avenue from Hamline Avenue <br /> <br />to Pascal Street and Pascal Street from Eldridge Avenue to <br /> <br />Belmont Lane by the installation of concrete curb and gutter, <br /> <br />bituminous paving and necessary appurtenances, and right-of-way <br /> <br />acquisition, filed with the Council on August 25, 1980, is <br /> <br />hereby declared to be signed by the required percentage of <br /> <br />owners of property affected thereby pursuant to ~1innesota <br /> <br />Statutes, Sec. 429.035. <br /> <br />nON, TEEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE C ITY cour~c IL OF <br /> <br />THE CITY OF ROS:CVILLE, HINNESOTA~ <br />
